Blue around some weapons

Description:
When I talk to a weapon shop owner some of the weapons have a blue box around them.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the first town go into the Weapons shop
2. Talk to the shop keeper

Consistency:
Every time i talk to the shop keeper some weapons have blue around the outside.

System Specs:
No clue

Severity:
Barely worth mentioning
