My key is not valid

I've got one of the name/key combos, but despite entering them both into the same line, it will not accept it. I'm using the latest version of Kenshi. My order number is 2011-1101-1304-01-148

Can you help? Thanks in advance!

Mine worked just fine :| Don't forget that it is case sensitive and there's a space after the name

jim willigers 00000-00000-0000-00000-00000-00000

You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.

Thanks for your tip, but I've tried any combination I can think of, and not one of them makes the key acceptable.
