Cliping throught the ground on Knockout

Well I just started a new game awhile ago. I got a nice team going, and a small outpost that I am working on, and I can finally hold my own against bandit groups. I had a group of "Hungries" come up to me and we plowed through them quite easily, after that, I forgot to do a perimeter check of the outlying area of the outpost, and a group of Dust bandits walked in too close, while my men were still recovering. During the battle say Sgt. Cole (I believe it was Sgt. Cole) was one of the 2 that was knocked out... but when he got hit the body went through the earth... He self Stabilized, and is now still unconscious with Negative 3 Stomach, and negative 15 on one of his limbs, I can't reach him with my medic, and I can't pick him up with any of my people. As far as the game is concerned, Sgt. Cole is 50 feet under the ground. It would be nice to have Sgt. Cole back, he oversaw the mines with the privates. I am very much enjoying this game now that I have established a good Outpost, and would love to have my man back. If anyone has any advice on this let me know. I will include the save file in this as well.
I saved it in Winrar Zip, if I need to save it in an alternate format, please notify me.

It seems after reloading the game twice now, I he has finally Dug himself back to the surface (It fixed itself), but the problem still remains of "It shouldn't be happening" So Ill keep this thread open.
