Possible silly question?

Will it be possible to wipe out factions when the game is finished? if not, can that be implemented? Kinda give the player the chance to be a nobunaga style unification warlord in the wastes.

Forcing them to surrender would be nice, maybe if there was a way for the AI to keep score of how badly you are affecting them and offer surrender, loyalty and so on, which would be really nice if the loyalty reset to who ever beat them badly enough as youd have to keep them inline as since youve stoped woopin them, some other faction would still be taking its toll so youd have to keep backing them up in fights or lose the loyalty, maybe just in there main town/capital though, not everywhere as 20 men would be too hard to stretch over the upcoming map size increase, unless you can eventually hire(earn with enough loyatly maybe you get volunteers/conscripts from loyal factions, or slaves if your of the evil mentality) a mobile army/defence force
