I am not sure if this has been suggested yet but here is somethign I would like to see added to the Current Jobs. Ability to toggle them on/off shuffle them around for priority etc... I can't stand now how I have a bunch of guys doing specific things, when I want one guy to say run to town for something, I get to town he automatically wants to run back to his job. Tedious to have to constantly pause when i want him to do something like buying/selling.
