Naked Guards and Broken Merchants

As of the recent patch guards and traders at an outpost north of Clownsteady wear no pants only boots. I cannot say if this is true for all guards because after saying "talk to" to a wandering merchant my game crashed.

i had this as well
i started moving around other cities. Imperial Lords and the other big group was naked when i found them. Dust bandits and Ninjas and starving bandits seem to be ok
so far the only city thats not mostly naked is cantan. ill keep running around to find more.

Some of them were still wearing boots and still have their swords, which won't appear until they go into chasing range. But yeah, no clothes.

I think it has to do with the latest armor update. the free traders have not been updated to the latest armor yet, and the old armor they wore no longer exists.

It used to be the police chiefs wore the old style re-inforced pants. when those were removed, i was turning in bounties to pants less police. Combine that with the "just showing him off" dialogue, and things became super weird. Also consider that the bounties were naked, because i was selling their clothes to the merchants for super win profits.
