The Topper Blueprint

I wonder where I can find the blueprint of the topper. I already tried several times on all gun dealers, but so far without success. If anyone knows please help me.

Been also looking for the same sword blueprint...have successfully found the Flat topper on Holy City-aligned weapon vendors, but not the regular Topper sword...Even a thorough check of the Outpost towns was un-fruitful.

Maybe Chris can throw it in with a quick mini-patch later this week. Or tie it in with the Katana blueprint...or something.

Maybe have your squad use the No-Dachi sword in the meantime, if you're looking for a Katana-like blade with a good bit of extra reach on it. Research it up to Max (Edge type V), hand one to each of your squad members, then let the slaughter commence.

Did some looking around in the forgotten construction set. Looks like the Topper is not in the current version of the game but the research/blueprints for it are still part of the game data. Whenever it gets added back in it will be through a blueprint called 'Heavy Katana'

anyone remember where the blueprint for the no-Dachi is located? it's like the only BP I'm currently missing from my weapon crafting pool...

...except for the Heavy Katana (Topper), that is...but then we know about that already

Can't wait 'till next patch to see what new gets added...more types of Plate mail (Holy faction, maybe?) and chainmail would be righteous.
