Had this little concept come to mind a lil while ago. The ability to re-sell the houses that you buy in cities and towns. Minus 10% agents fee of course. So if you buy a shack for 6000c you could re-sell it for 5400c if you decide to move off to another town or build your own outpost. This came to mind for cos currently I have 3 houses in Brink, 4 in catan and 3 in shark that are just sitting there, doing nothing. It would be nice to get some form of return on my investments. Or even the option to rent them out for say, 50c a day. Constant income, no need to farm and such leaving your toons free to run around slaughtering cannibals and the like.

It would also be nice to get some form of return investment from buildings the player constructs.

I think there was a post requesting that buildings become piles of rubble upon deconstruction, so the player can gather resources from the pile of rubble or remove it altogether.
If there wasn't a post about this in the past, then I'm requesting it now.

Posting my old feature requests for me? I've trained you well. That thread is just about buildings slowly degradaing though. I know there are other threads asking for the ability to rent out buildings, but I don't have enough battery power left to find those right now.
