Darker Nighttime

I was reading through the road map and it said they were going to add lights and lamps for nighttime travel and I realized there's not actually any real point for light at this point because the night isn't as dark as I think it should be. I think that night should be nearly pitch black and a little longer as well.

As you discovered, the full aspects of Kenshi's lighting system have not been implemented yet.
Hopefully, whenever the torches, and other lighting elements, are added, we will all be satisfied with the pitch blackness of night.
