[0.7]Unknown Crash (with dump)

I keep getting a crash that is reminiscent of the old spontaneous crashes not related to out of memory.

It is not the loading a new area crash (I get that too, but this is not it)

I am just running around in town when it suddenly happens. I am LITERALLY just clicking to move to a spot in town that's wide in the open. It's happened a couple of times now. I'd load up each crash dump but it overwrites the old crashdump each time, so here's this one.

Pretty sure I got the same crash as this.
