Questions About The Kenshi Demo

It's weird to start a thread here about something so minor, but I'm wondering about some of the features of the Demo. I already purchased the game and never downloaded the demo.

I have friends seeing me play Kenshi on steam and some of 'em are curious about it. I've tried explaining what I like about it, but I think the demo is a better answer for every question they got. Even getting some people to download a free demo can be an ordeal though if you can't tell them what it's limitations are.

So is it just a really old version of Kenshi? Are there squad limitations? Is there any gameplay limitation, like not being able to build a base?

I'd download the demo and check myself, but I have a monthly data limit that I'm near to reaching with my current ISP.

there is limits

you can only reach lvl 20 in all skills
females are not in.

Not sure on squad limit.
yes its a older version of Kenshi before females were added.
Some others who have played the Demo will have to answer the rest.

Haven't played the demo, but at the top of the changelog:

0.20 a6
-demo mode now allows you to recruit one extra character

So I guess you can have a 2 man squad only since after that there is no mention of the demo anymore.
