[0.74.29] Character Thumbnails - Multiple issues

If loading a game from anywhere other than the initial 'Start Up Screen' the character thumbnail/portraits do not load.

They do not update either. New gear? Plastic Surgeon? Reload? nope! same picture forever. Maybe an import would work, but even if it did I'm sure that it's not intended to be this way.

Also some of the pictures look to be glitched or sideways....
