[0.76.5] Saving game does not save carried bounties

So I noticed this recently, me carrying a jounin usually to a police station. I need to save and quit for x amount of reasons, I come back load and I don't have my bounty.

It is just a bit annoying, especially since I walked so far with the bounty only to have lost them without the reward.
Weapon Concepts
So far I'm working on Buster Sword, Auron's Masamune, Bows, Mace, Dark Knight Halbred, Zangetsu, Guts' Dragon Slayer, Zweihander, Baselard, Daedric Two handed axe, and more to follow.
