[0.90.10] Can't train strenght after a level

I'm doing the backpack heavy encumberance trainning on one of my characters, but for some reason they do not raise strenght after level 47, which is the same as toughness.

The trainning meter just resets and the stat won't increase anymore.

Saved the same file, loaded in the same version - no importing - and then strenght rose to 48 BEFORE the trainning meter was full.

After the meter got to 100%, it reset back to 0% but no raise in the strenght level.


Something is clearly wrong with the stats when you press C
