Bloody tele-marketers calling my cellphone at 2200 (10 p.m.)!! And when I bloody well politely ask the lady at the other end of the line "Ma'am how can I get my number removed from your calling list?" then the rump spanking spelunking anus explorer hangs up on me

Where was the caller from? Pretty rude of her to just hang up.

I have a secret in that I used to be a telemarketer. And the most frustrating thing is when someone plays along with you. They go along for at least a minute or two and drag it out and then say, nope and hang up. I used to hate that waste of my time.

Now I do it every time they call me. Some bastard with his shitty minimum wage job has the nerve to call me so I spend at least a minute of effort to waste his time. The satisfaction involved is great because I know how much it pisses telemarketers off, especially if you can get their hopes up a little by pretending to sound interested in the crap they are selling.

All I ever get is:
"VOOOOOOOOOM
You've won a free cruise-"
Hang up.

But...you really did win.

You only needed to send me $100 to aid in processing your claim and I would have sent the voucher through.

Let em go through some of their speech, then ask them if they want to buy your product.(Followed by a long bs speech)

That's if I can stand to listen to the recording drone on for another 5 minutes then hold for another 5 minutes while they ignore me before I'm connected lol

Is it AT&T that keeps calling you by chance? By the way you described it sounds like their handy work.

Ha! AT&T is so messed up. Once their web-page was hacked,so I called them to warn them. They responded by sending me to five people......and then the last guy just hung up.

AT&Ts people are so stupid, that even the automated service (which sucks @$$) is more of a blessing. Who are these people and how do they even get these jobs?

The ones I talk to are in India.....And can't connect me to an American I can understand....and yes I prefer using my computer to deal with phone problems with these people. Seriously thinking of getting something other than an iPhone...

If it is an unlocked apple product, watch out when updating. (It can brick your phone)

I never unlocked it and I don't believe it was jail broken when I got it from AT&T so.

I'm using T-Mobile.... believe me, the early days of the ring tone were so annoying and too obvious for anyone listening.

But surprisingly, I don't have any complaints of it yet.
I remember back in Germany, that they had a monopoly on the cell phone service, don't know if it is still ongoing.
