Super Crash!

I get a super crash almost every time (after having played it for a while the crashes got closer and closer together) the game loads while running in the game. I can't play it at the moment.

What it says:
Super crash!

failed to write the crash dump, error code is: 183

Any idea what I can do?

I'm having the same problem. Crashes all the time. Mostly few seconds after 'Loading...'-thing I think but it might just be coincidence. I can play only by saving every minute.

So you don't get any crash dumps from it?

No, sir!

It says that it fails to write a crash dump, however, in the main installation folder I do get a file that says "crashDump0.27.1.zip" but it's 0kb and can not be opened since it says it's damaged.

I'm bumping this cause I am having the same problem. the only note I can add is that for me it is tends to happen right when its about to load a bunch of new data like a town or another section of the desert. hope that helps.

what about video card memory? Everyone tell me your video card, amount of video memory, and how often you get the super crash.

I'm getting the same Super Crash error just outside of Fisher, it happens at the same spot every time. I'm running a old setup with an Nvidia GeForce 250 GTS with 1gb of vram and 6gb of ram. My drivers are all up to date.

Not sure what information you need, so I just post everything I can find.
Yes, I'm very bad at computers... I just play :D

Video card: Radeon HD 5800 series
RAM: 4,00 GB
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Operative system: Windows 7 64 bit
2 Screens

How often:
Almost everytime it loads a bigger chunk (when it pauses and says "loading"), however, it has happened on other occasions while just running around in the desert.

I have 4 GB of ram and I am using an ATI Radeon 3800 series graphics card with 1024MB dedicated video memory and a total of 2813MB available graphics memory .as for how often its crashing, It will usualy load the area next to where I load my game without any problems however if I try to go to the next town over or anything it will pull up the little loading thing then freeze.

If you are getting random Super crashes, try this patch:

http://www.kenshiupdate.com/wyupdate/test0.28.4b.zip

Let me know if it fixes it or not.

I'm not sure did it help with crashes but for some reason, after trying it, I can only walk    My guy refuses to run or jog. He only walks.  So maybe not perfectly working yet.

What do you mean, it did stop the crashes or no?

I mean my squad can only walk. If I press run button nothing happens. They still keep walking. And I don't know did it stop crashing because I haven't played much because off the "unable to run"-bug.

It hasn't crashed yet but I have tested very little time...

[EDIT]

Now I see... Sorry to bother... I had problems with updating but now it has updated and there is weight limit in inventory. That's why I couldn't walk. How silly me  I will inform you more about the crashes when I know more.

sorry i forgot to mention that. You have unfinished version of the next update, so weight is an issue now.

Still no crashes :) So it must have at least reduced amount of crashes. Feels great to play when there's no need to save every 2 minutes. :D :D
