Camera Rotation Stuck on Map Loading

Description:
Camera rotation stuck if player is in the process of rotating the camera during a map loading sequence.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Order your characters to travel a long distance.
2. While doing step one, rotate the camera.

Consistency
Happens every time.

Windows 7 64 bit, 16 GB ram, 2x 3.30 GHz cpu, GeForce GTX 560

Severity:
minor

Workaround:
Use the keyboard alternative, ctrl, to rotate the camera and fix the problem.
