Minor bug -4 Defense fixed-misunderstanding

Description:
I updated Kenshi and one of my characters went from 1 defense to -4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. he was on the training dummy
2. Save
3. Update game



Severity:
trivial minor

If it's 0.29.5 that you updated to, it could be that your character is wearing a backpack, which now reduce combat stats when worn.
