That would be very easy to add and would provide simple feedback to players, me likey. Also it could be over unconscious characters before they bleed out, although being unconscious and asleep are totally different, it's just from a game-play mechanics perspective.

i think it would be ok to have, you could probably easily mod this in yourself ofcourse

so long as its only present when in beds, otherwise if it was for when you were "laying down" that would just get to buggy.
