IWBTG is just unfair... at least this game gives you a chance and doesn't throw random crap at you that you would never expect if you looked hard enough. Like mimics, if you look closely their chain on the chest is facing a different way and they are breathing ever so slightly.

This game is hard like Dead Space 1 was scary, you move like a tank, controls/menus suck, and enemies play peekaboo and 1 shot you.

mindtrixx, have you been playing the PC version? If so, then I wholeheartedly recommend using a controller instead of keyboard+mouse, as the port from consoles isn't really well-adapted to keyboard+mouse control. As to the 1-shotting, unlike most games in this setting, your character WILL die from having his skull smashed in with a hammer, so instead of trying to tank the damage you should try to avoid getting hit. This means dying repeatedly until you know your enemies' moves and can counter/dodge them. It is excruciatingly difficult, I know, but that's the entire point of the game: one big challenge from the beginning 'till the end, with a extra special big challenge somewhere in the middle


Also, seconding Dwarf Fortress as hardest game, because Dark Souls can be won.

Let's hope that not just have they improved the menu system, as they haven't made it harder, I'm at my l- OMFG DEAD SPACE STALKER!
