only 1 of 11 characters will heal my medic not being the one

So i have this problem that i have 11 characters and only 1 wants to heal now (not the medic). My medic have plenty of standard and advanced med kits and a splint kit also, but he won't heal. I have tried to make him naked, wear armor and clothing but nothing works.

Wee is my medic.

The first long time of my current game i have used that medic to heal my men and unlucky traders up, but for some reason he doesn't work anymore. Is he on strike? That would be awesome AI:D

Right now i have 1 (Jurgen Brecht) who can heal me, a regular soldier.

I uploaded my quick save along with my dxdiag though you probably don't need the dxdiag in this case.

Am i being a stinky filthy n00b and doing something wrong?

This is probably a really dumb question, but did you make sure your medi-kits have some charges left?
For me, depleted medi-kits don't disappear, even though the release notes of the new version say that should be fixed.

i found it that med kits dont disappear if they were already being used before that fix version came on ..after did buy new ones they have goon off after used up ...and what comes to this not healing thing at least if its same i had for a little moment it gets fixed when you sell all med kits and splint kits to npc and close the shop and then buy them back ..at least worth trying if its same i had ...tho that one i fiqured by mistake as sold all things and then saw i had sold my kits and did buy back even tho they had not worked and just like magic my guys did start healing up once again

I need you to zip up the whole quicksave folder so I can take a look at it, or at least just send me the file in /quicksave/platoons/Nameless_0.platoon
