Buildings inside buildings

Its possible to create buildings inside buildings, you can do it easily, especially with bigger buildings like houses but you can do it with everything for what i've seen. I just entered the build part and i could create multiple things inside others. Most of the things you can build 2 of them together, but with houses you can do crazy stuff. Really easy to replicate and it happens for internal and external buildings.

how does it look like internally though, do the walls exist inside, or is it just one open space, because if that's the case you can do some interesting stuff with it.

both sets of walls exist.. You can kind of get houses with two doors, which doubles your protection, but other than that, I imagine it's pretty buggy when you start building interior items, so I wouldn't recommend it.
