Can't exit outpost
I have the biggest outpost you can build and after updating to the latest 0.40.1 version I am forever stuck inside of my house, much like in real life.
I see myself reflected perpetually and for all of time in my 20 characters, so playing now upsets me. Please, Chris, save me from staring at 20 of myself; each and every one of them stuck playing videogames inside. When they try to walk outside, they fall through the ground and get stuck in between the two frames of the doorway, so I think it might be a problem with the collision meshes or something. This is also an issue I face in real life - I can't tell you how many times I fallen through doorways and gotten stuck in the ground. Much like them, however, I teleport up to "floor" level with the building and can walk back inside, so they are not stuck permanently, much like me in real life, however escaping the confines of their home is impossible.
I implore you - nay, I beg you, please don't make this zibathy's life simulator 2013 by fixing this bug ASAP.
Anyways, here's a picture if that helps. I have no crash things cause this doesn't make anything crash, it's just annoying af. It looks like the problem is pretty straightforward. I'm not sure how to recreate it because I'm sorry, I'm not building a whole new outpost to get my guys all stuck again.
If you need any more stuff from me just say if you can take the time to ask.

hi
Also, bandits easily walk in and out, though it looks like they have to walk through the very center of the door as opposed to it acting like an open doorway where you can hug the sides of the door.
When trying to exit, all 20 characters converge on the center of the doorway and fall through. Don't know if that helps but for some reason it's like every character and npc has a fondness for treating the door like it's 3 cms wide instead of the beautiful lush open plain that it truly is.

I decided to look inside from the doorway and jesus christ what the hell do make of a floor made of marble? I think it's genius. Though it looks like the actual texture is underneath. Also the textures seem to be co-mingling on the walls.
I know the ceiling is supposed to be that way so I'm not complaining about that.

hi
I reloaded and that fixed the textures, but the corpses were launched into the air and stuck in the ceiling. also, still glitching. I'm beginning to think the outpost is the problem not the door.
Also, don't be mistaken, half of them are still falling through the doorway.

hi
I did that load squad onto new game thing (the one that keeps buildings) and I had fun for about 6 hours until bandits broke my door. Now my dude is trapped in there and it doesn't repair hahah so seriously these doors, Chris. Is your instrument of sadism doors or something? lmfao
I used my entire squad, tried just right clicking on the door, then holding the right mouse button and selecting repair, none of it works.
It says my .png screenshot is invalid so I guess I can't show you my struggle.

hi
AND NOW, I reloaded the game and MY GUYS ARE ALL STUCK LITERALLY INSIDE THE OUTPOST.
I think you have the characters load before the buildings when quickloading so they got put on the ground and the building got placed over them. For the love of god help me, Chris.

hi
When I pick one of them up and put them down, then get teleported on top of the outpost, and I can pick people up through the walls of the outpost, so I actually fixed it. What bug shall I run into next?
Next time, on god-forsaken outpost of retarded doors...

Can you send me a zip of your entire quicksave folder?
Also, what game version did you build the outpost? 0.40.0? 0.40.1? Or before then? And have you built anything else inside or next to it since? And if so, in what game version?

I had the same problem with 2 people in a small shack.
Imported my squad with my buildings, these 2 guys were in beds while a did a reload. they were suddenly stuck inside. If I moved them to the door they would end up underneath the house, and if I then moved them to the opposite corner they would appear in the house agian.
I dismantled the house, and that freed them.

I'm not dismantling my massive outpost that cost 200 material that I can no longer build, though. It was built in probably 0.32 or .29, I think? Sorry I can't remember exactly and I am using 0.40.1, I found fixes to the bugs, but there's one where if I put my people in the beds in the outpost and then tell them to walk to the ramp they will go under the outpost. I don't know how to explain it, and it's random on whether it will work or not. Try the beds closest to the ramp. Also, the never ending "leaving bed" animation which I'm sure you already know about.
Most of the bugs are not active currently in my quicksave, I apologize. Only the bed one is the one that I can recreate. But it appears all of my cities are unpopulated as well, now. At least the 3 in the northwest.

hi
Oops I think that quicksave puts you in the middle of nowhere or something, i can't remember the last time I quicksaved today. Here's one with my whole squad in my outpost. Zeus has a lot of head damage so heal him and put him in a bed near the door and then select him while he's sleeping and tell him to run to the ramp or something. That usually gets it to work.

hi
Put him in this bed, click right there. It works 90% of the time.
The upload thing isn't working so I put the pictures on imgur
