[.40.2] Glitch when Mining.

Description:
When maxing out the mine with many workers it cause them to go on top of the mine and wont be able to move a lot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the Mine. (or a majority of buildings)
2. Build the Mine.
3. Start using the mine, then max out the resources. (Have all the miners clustered by each other.
4. Try to move all characters at once away from the mine.
5. They get stuck above the mine.

Consistency:
This can be recreated.


System specs/OS:
Windows 7 X64 Home Premium

Severity:
Minor issue, but could be a major issue down the road.

Workaround:
No major way to work around this.

Description:
I almost have the same thing; sometimes my guys get stuck inside the stone processing unit. They can move around inside, but they can't get out of the unit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send some guys to work at the stone processor
2. Magic happens; I think mostly when they work too close to the unit or when loading the game.

Consistency
I think it's random.

Severity:
I'd go with major; one can lose up to 4 guys that they won't get back when this happens.

Workaround:
Sometimes loading the game can help, I think.

I have both things happen it usually happens when they are working the things and i go to build something else.

This glitch is extremely common and is very annoying. Would love for it to be fixed in the next patch due to making people stuck in buildings not allowing them to be used for anything else. This I would actually classify almost as a Major bug now.

I would like to update on this glitch. This happens with many of the buildings that your able to build

Try picking them up then setting them down. That's how I fix every bug like that. It's not a permanent solution but it makes it playable again.

Can you explain the steps on how to pick them up and set them back down again.

Picking them up does not work with the mine. But when they're stuck inside a place it works.

I had this happen to me last night. The only way I know of to fix this is to either edit your character's positions or import squad with buildings/reset positions.

Happened to me today. Started Kenshi, loaded quicksave, there they were... floating above the mine.





Picking up doesn't work, neither restarting/reloading.

EDIT:
This happens very often. It can (randomly) be triggered by loading a save game, by not watching the miners and by moving the miners.
Isn't there some in-game cheat code or something to teleport single characters? Because resetting the whole squad's position every time starts to get annoying... :/
