Orders Panel doesn't display.

Any time I select a single unit or more the Orders panel doesn't display.

I have also removed any mods and it still happens.

I've never heard on anyone having a similar issue, could you post a screenshot or elaborate? Does it simply black out the panel, or constantly show the build menu?

I will have to get a screen of it. If I select a unit the panel for the orders button disappears. Not black just disappears.
