as the title saids. I need help building a gaming computer able to play skyrim at max or ultra settings no problem at 60 FPS

I haven't had the time to keep up-to-date since january because of exams, so i'll give just general tips for your build for now.
CPU
4-core is useless for the time being, a 2 core hyperthreading like some of the i3 series will get the job done without any problems and is cheaper.
If you want to keep a 4 core, i'd maybe go for a free multiplikator like the i5 3750K, which would allow you to "OC" the CPU later on, but cost a bit more.
Motherboard
If you do not intend to overclock your mobo or use dual video cards a H77 will have everything you need for less money. z77 is basically a h77 that allows overclocking and more than one GPU (Crossfire/SLI). If you want to stay with the z77 then the gigabyte is alright^^ (although ASrock have cheaper ones, that are good quality too)
Memory
Take low profile ones, no need for heat spreaders and they will actually get into your way when you'll need the space just above for other stuff.
Operating System
Try searching for cheaper ways, for example i remember some time ago you could buy a key on amazon and download the OS demo and upgrade from there for a fourth of that price... but that was half a year ago. If you are a student try going to msdnaa, you can get a free key there for different products if your school has a licence thing going with them.
Things missing:
CD/Dvd driver
Anything goes here nowadays.
CPU cooling
I don't like the fact that you don't have an external cooler, the one coming with your CPU is pretty small and a bigger external one will keep your CPU alive for longer usually, especially if you intend to "OC" (in the case of the K variants) or to use/play a lot of CPU intensive software.

So now that i have a bit more time 
Taking into account that your budget was around 800usd, i would go for the list below i think. I tried keeping the general feel you wanted, but changed a few things:
(all links go to a german site i've liked for a lot of time now, but it's really just to give you an image and general specs, you can obviously find most of this in all big pc parts retailer/ online shops)
1 x Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1000GB, SATA 6Gb/s (ST1000DM003)
You need a bigger HDD, 320GB will fill up very fast, the barracuda has 1000GB and it costs just as much as your 320GB choice. The barracuda is clear price/performance+quality ratio winner here.
Edit: actually your choice was a 2.5 HDD which is wrong for an internal PC storage HDD, so yea take the one above^^.
1 x Intel Core i5-3350P, 4x 3.10GHz, boxed (BX80637I53350P)
Same as yours, but i think it cost a bit less, but if you want to keep your quad it's the same basically, just rememember to take the boxed edition.
1 x G.Skill Ares DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-10667U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1333) (F3-1333C9D-8GAO)
Low profile is a must, 1333 is far enough for hardcore players^^
G.Skill or Corsaire or whatever you want.

Pick what you want, don't forget to check the dimension for smaller cases. The Nzxt phantom for instance is very small inside^^ (but very modular so you can put a lot in). Matter of taste here.
If you take a white case or whatever, don't forget to take a white/... DVD drive too.
1 x be quiet! Pure Power L8-CM 430W ATX 2.3 (L8-CM-430W/BN180)
I like this one, because it has CM (cable managment) which is nice for an OCD person like me. My main PC has a window on the side, so CM was obviously needed for me. I think 430W should be enough too, but your Corsaire is also good.
If there's something you don't understand or you want to propose another GPU or mainboard, go on^^ this list is just one of many possibilities. I don't want to impose anything, just give a general idea of what kind of parts you'll need. For instance, you could also take this RAM Corsair Vengeance Low Profile schwarz DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-12800U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1600) (CML8GX3M2A1600C9) instead.
Also with the 7870, you can play skyrim however you want with max setting, AF AA FXAA 1920x1080 and you won't drop below 60FPS. With 7870 OC, you won't drop below 70 or such (with an average FPS around 100-110 probably, untested^^)

except maybe for the DVD drive (pick one random for 10-20usd at your retailer), the RAM (there are many different trademarks, you could find the one i proposed or another one the same) and the PSU (power supply).

As you can see, I :
- changed the CPU (cheaper, same)
- added a CPU cooler (paste is usually included, for 17usd you get a better cooler, that's worth it/needed)
- changed Mainboard (it costs less, but you can take any other 1155 socket (including the one you posted first). I did try to keep the same backplate^^
- changed the HDD, the one you picked was wrong
- same GPU 7870 OC, different (better in this case) manufacturer
- added Dvd drive, not the same the one i picked above or maybe the same, nobody cares^^
