Damn catgirls, they are everywhere, in every games. I'm starting to get tired of people wanting furry in every games. Why catgirls ? why not even bearman or something ? It's like every dude want to play as a cute little 12 yo girl that can destroy the world with one finger, but is still full of cutiness and says nyaaa to ponctuate every word... That's plain annoying >.< I hate nyaaing. It's just like the odd habit of Japanese girls, saying "neeeeeeeeee" with an atrocely high voice after each of their sentences, just to look cute, which is really a pain in the ass to ear.


Plus, Chris said that armor crafting is comming with the graphic revamp in a few weeks.

Other than the Khajiit in The Elder Scrolls series and whatever the analogue to Khajiit was in EverQuest, I don't remember any cat girls or cat people. I remember Final Fantasy XII had Fran, who seemed to be a bunny person. What are some other games that feature cat people prominently?

Plus, Chris said that armor crafting is coming with the graphic revamp in a few weeks.

My heart grew three sizes. I for one was never disappointed with the news of the current update, but I'm extra excited when new crafty stuff is rolling out.

Hey considering this is the internet, I could've requested something far worse than catgirls, for example, There might've been a request for some sort of pony race from those creepy 30 year olds who are into "My Little Pony". *shudder* Bronies scare me. I never said I expected them to be permenantly loli. I also never said I expected Nekuman to be the only other race. Bear people actually sounds kinda cool, so long as it isn't some incredibly poorly done mockery of Russian culture.

As far as your complaints with "nyaa" it seems like your issue is more like that it gets overused instead of just an occasional tongue flail, and voice acting concerns. I'll be the first to admit that I don't particularly care for English dubs of anime, it always sounds shallow.

And Eiron, I think FFXI had them, but they were the sort with fur (I haven't actually played 11 though). I know Star Ocean 4(the Last Hope) had some, as well as Dark Cloud. So does Arcana Heart (I've only played 3), and TERA Online sorta has them too, though they're also permanently loli in that one.

And yeah, totally psyched for armor crafting, but not quite as psyched as I am for having better character customization and women. Both the NPCs and my squad need some greater variation in appearance.

But let the armors come, and with all this race talk, it made me farther curious to know what will be or what we can expect from the races that Chris is plannng to be, at the moment i saw human and tribal, does that mean there will be some "unhumain" races or they all human based? Because when one is human is almost hard to take in mind that the other clases are human as well (at lesat to me).

Duly noted. I imagine that all other playable races will be at least humanoid, simply to reduce the number of custom animations needed for each race. Incidentally have any of you been following the development of Starbound? I wonder if the races will be as far apart from humans as that, or if they'll all be like a sort of minor variation on a human.

i doubt they will be so diverse since starbound is based on how diverse and unique every aspect is.
I dont know eactly what chris has in mind, but from what i have already seen in the game and from what ive read that chris seems to prefer. I think other races will mostly be variations of humans, without many if any aspects that change gameplay.
Things like having horns, scales and claws. If these were added you would expect racial bonuses, i think you can also just create your own skins with the games mod, so he probably wont go to much into it.

This is really odd.

I have only put 37 hours into Kenshi, but I have crashed zero times. I crap you not. I did max out my viewing distance, and after a duration of playing, I tend to start getting a little laggy, while zoomed out, but have never crashed.

I don't know if you're making a joke or not old woman liver, but in either occurance, I'd like to point out the existence of "Ajin Shoujo-tan Volume 4" which can be found on fakku.net. I've also seen more than one image of "slime girls".

I haven't played in about 2 weeks now, the current game is just boring for me I have done everything (Which doesn't take long...) the game just needs an update its so stagnant for me now.
