1. Faxanadu - this game is what got me into gaming to start with and for such an old simple game it had really good graphics and great gameplay. if you have a nes emulator you can download n play it

2. Warcraft 3 - that editor

3. Perfect dark - i remember i felt so pro being able to win against the dark bots 1v4, then no other decent shooting games came out with nintendo and i lost my skills.

4. League of legends - simply the best f2pmmoba

5. King's Bounty: Armored Princess - 5 is really a mix of all turn based games, but this was my favorite. (the original King's bounty is so hard at first)

1. Planetside 2: F2P,FPS,MMO. Massive scale combat, multiple diferant classes, 3 differant factions all at war (little differance between factions), almost everything can be done solo if you want.
bigest downside is that you have to play alot to earn game points and buy upgrades and such, otherwise pay for them with real money. it does give you a free 30min trial every 12hours tho.

2. Ni no kuni: This is a great game, unfortunatly its only on the PS3 & Nintendo DS. Its a bit like pokemon and finalfantasy mixed. id tell you more and add some mroe games but i gota scoot so heres the link to it

I know what it means, although I personally would re-classify it as Free to Pay. I don't like the business model to be honest. I've not been impressed with a single free to play game that I have encountered to date.

haha 1 man orchestra, has a better ring to it than 1 man band!

Unfortunately I've never played Wind Waker. When I was younger the art style completely turned me off, so I didn't even bother. Although now I don't mind at all & hope I one day get an opportunity to play it.

hehe its a great zelda game
But at certain points it doesnt give you any clues what so ever about doing certain things. so when your stuck looking for that certain item in de game, try "flying" everwhere till you find it.
thats bout the only hint i can give without ruining the game

First topic I've gotten off my *** to make an account for, in no particular order what I consider to be the greatest games of all time.

-Total War: Shogun 2 and it's 2 'expansions'
-Mass Effect Series
-Dragon Age Series
-X3 Series (Can't wait for Rebirth)
-HoI Series
-CoH Series
-TES Series
-Just Cause 2
-Crusader Kings 2
-Alpha Protocol

....I maybe cheated a bit =)
Though if I had to list my top 5 with a gun to my head it would most likely be..

5. Crusader Kings 2
4. X3: Albion Prelude
3. Total War: Shogun 2
2. Dragon Age: Origins
1. Mass Effect 2

Thought I would elaborate on a few things in the thread as well, first Planetside 2, whilst you can pay for several things that may make the game a bit easier it is one of the best games for staying as far away from Pay 2 Win as possible, it's quite good and very popular. Second, Katawa Shoujo, it is a Visual Novel with a slightly unique twist.

Katawa Shoujo (かたわ少女 Katawa Shōjo, lit. "Cripple Girls", translated "Disability Girls") is a bishōjo-style visual novel by Four Leaf Studios that tells a story of a young man and five young women living with varying disabilities. The game uses a traditional text and sprite-based visual novel model with an ADV-style text box running on the Ren'Py visual novel engine.
The majority of the story takes place at the fictional Yamaku High School for disabled children, located in an unnamed city somewhere in modern, northern Japan. Hisao Nakai, a normal boy, has his life changed when a long-dormant cardiac dysrhythmia forces him to transfer to a new school after a long hospitalization. Despite his difficulties, Hisao has the opportunity to find friends and love.
The gameplay of Katawa Shoujo is choice-based, with the player reading through text and occasionally making decisions that initiate the possible events or dialogue within the story. Depending on the choices made by the player, the story branches into multiple forks variously chronicling Hisao's deepening and eventually romantic relationship with one of the five main female characters (or lack thereof), some of which may variously end well, badly, neutrally (or bitter-sweetly), or even with Hisao abruptly dying if he doesn't pursue any relationships whatsoever.
(Thanks Wiki.)

It's actually a really good visual novel, it does have sex scenes (they can be turned off in the options though) but they tend to be tastefully done and quite... I suppose 'cute' would fit, they're short and don't outstay their welcome and the game doesn't revolve around the sex and the scenes are only at the end of a characters 'route'. There is a very good write up on Kotaku about it http://www.kotaku.com.au/2012/04/that-g ... d-play-it/ if you have any curiosty in the game I suggest reading it, and even if you don't it still makes for a good read.
