Let me start by saying this is the most enjoyable game I have played in many years. So many other games have promised this kind of rpg / sandbox / strategy blend and but delivered something thats seems bland or where obvious shortcuts have been taken that leave the final product lacking. Kenshi seems to already be better than many of these.

Few things I have noticed:

I built a outpost iv as a weapon smithing hub, fitted with 4 workbench 3 , 5-6 weapon racks, 8 storage boxes for fabric and 2 nearby steel refinerys and 2 automated mines. This worked very well but every so often one of the 4 weaponsmiths would refuse to return to work after completing an item and me manually depositing in the rack. He has an empty inventory and the machine worked fine, I could get it running again my swapping him with a worker from the nearby fields. This happened many time with many different workers. Eventuallyi would be able to get them back in the forge but i couldnt work out what was triggering this.

I really love the way you can put people in armor that gives them a penalty to then make it a little easier to skill up a skilled warrior, very kung fu flick training montage, love it!

The new armor is really nice, could do with a few more pieces, i found no chainmail vest at all even on vendors, even a re colouring of the current green leather ones would work well. Samurai helms the imperials lords wear would be great too.

Facility to make meds kits would also be great and its the last thing needed to make a settlement independent. currently if you were to piss off everyone you have to hunt holy nation to get tiny medkits?

Bandit camps, and more places to assault would be good.

Looking forward to next installment keep up the great work! I am gonna see if I can influence some people i know into playing.

Actually there is another place to get me kits from rather than the major cities. There are small independent trade posts that are marked on your map with just a circle, no name. I believe one is northwest of Clownsteady (if I have the name of the city correct).

Even so crafting first aid kits is a decent idea. What would it be... cloth and alcohol for small bandages and then cloth + lumber for splint kits? Perhaps you should log a feature request.

Also keep in mind, later on factions will larger be trying to outright attack and conquer each other, you included. This will no doubt keep you entertained and challenged even when just in base-building mode.
