There is already a thread about this issue located here:

http://www.lofigames.com/phpBB3/viewtop ... f=9&t=4307

HUUUGE EDIT: Scratch that last link. I want to classify this issue as something entirely separate as it no longer reads "Output Full"

Information I've gathered: I have only tested this on Weapon Smithing Bench 1.
The worker properly gathers materials, makes the weapon, the weapon is placed in the Output slot, then the worker either equips the Output or puts it in his main inventory, if his inventory is full ....
Once the weapon is in his inventory, it appears to do a scan of his entire inventory (including equipped and backpack) and compares this against the next weapon that he will be crafting.
If the next weapon class (katana, katana-light, katana extended topper, etc.) to be crafted is already in his inventory, regardless of the weapon's grade or manufacturer, he will not work at the smithing bench until the weapon is removed from his inventory somehow.
If the next weapon class to be crafted is located in his backpack, he will then run to the closest Weapon Stand and deposit EVERY weapon located in his INVENTORY, not equipped or from the backpack.

This whole sequence of events leaves us stranded as we are unable to queue a list of weapons from the same weapon class. The only way to function at the smithing bench continuously is to queue a list of 1 weapon from each weapon class (unless you really want to micromanage and produce only 1 class of weapons).

There is also the issue that the worker at the smithing bench does not properly run to the weapon stand when his inventory is full, he merely runs whenever the next weapon class to be crafted is located in his backpack, and he doesn't even deposit any weapons from the backpack, thus leaving him standing befuddled in front of the Weapon Stand.

Noted, and my sincerest apologies, though they may still be linked to the same cause.

Fill his equipped slots with weapons you don't want to produce => problem solved. (I used three clubs)

Edit: Forgot that heavy weapons only fit into the equipped or backpack slots, yeah no workaround when you want to produce heavy weapons.

This issue still occurs. Updated my title accordingly.
