I was playing Kenshi today when I had to force shut down my laptop with Kenshi still running. When my laptop booted back up I could no longer play Kenshi. I will get the start up options screen and click "ok", but after that I get a message that Kenshi has crashed and that a report has been generated in my main instillation folder. The file is called "crashDump.zip". Also my wireless mouse isn't working either, but that's besides the point.

If anyone can help, please let me know.

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? Completely delete your kenshi folder and reinstall everything from scratch, if that doesn't work, try re-downloading it. I was getting crashed right when it started untill i eventually just re-downloaded a fresh copy of the game and reinstalled.

me to after update I tried to load game I could see the landscape but my characters never loaded and loading icon in left corner never went away so I uninstalled and deleted all kenshi files restarted computer and reinstalled now when I try to start new game it starts and shows characters legs but freezes iv tried all obvious start in compatibility mode lower all settings run as admin and on another note even unfinished this is a great game I wish big game corporations had half the creativity and thoughtfulness in making games as this

well I don't understand why but having the credits roll while hitting new game seems to make it work I guess if it works it works odd though

Okay, uninstalling and re-installing fixed it, I didn't want to resourt to that but it fixed it. Thank you for helping me out.

I've the same problems,
game keeps crashing wether i try to start a new game or load a saved one.
without crash dump.
sometimes even just by clicking on options.

unfortunately un- and reinstalling doesn't seem to work for me (although i tryed it only once so far, ill give it another (few?) trys tomorrow.
