That rock was NOT there when i built the wall ....So either the rocks are migrating
..........................................................OR theres a ninja on my wall ,disguised as a huge rock

Yeah, scenery migrates. I had a beautiful (dead) tree that my settlement was built around way back when. After a save-load it hopped 100 feet away, eventually disappearing altogether.
