Placing durability on equipments would make the combat interesting. making the weapons shatter if the your character blocked an attack with a low durability and also during battles the armors effectiveness decreases with each hit from the enemy. also the weapon stats such as cutting, and blunt damage would affect the damage in different type of armor equipped.

I believe it has been suggested indeed, try using the search function with key words before doing a new post, especially here on the requests.
But anyway in case not i do agree with this, weapons and armour and other weaponry should have their "life".
But if i am not wrong the damage types are already affecting differently, if not i guess they are planned, or else they would not e made and would be all "damage", especially when there are certain armours which have more something that i forgot the name now, and others not, is the thing which "stops" the cutting, reduces.

Thanks hbrown, I've been reading on the other post on request broad.
Placing "Durability hit point" rather than a "Life (use?)" is more realistic. for example a katana would lose/reduce its "Cutting damage" stat if its durability became significantly low. same does to the armor if it covers a certain part and that part was hit its coverage points would take most of the damage and you only get a scratch are so.
about the cutting and blunt weapon damage stat
