Jail time/Law and order

If this is already a request, I apologize for adding additional topic.
Noticed that there are police buildings around the desert and in some of the cities. Will there be a feature besides thievery and assassination added to the game for a crime feature? Also, what will the consequences be for committing crimes, will there be jails added for wanted players to spend time in, or will a bounty just be placed? I think it would be interesting to have a squad of officers knocking at my door, requesting to search around for criminals.
