[0.69.2 / 0.70.3] duplicating items bug [FIXED]

I was reminded to let you know about the still existing 100k bug for duplicating items.
I posted the finding before on steam (first i thought i was playing experimental version, but that
was a mistake):

I suddenly had 100.000 (100k) building materials in the storage after building the storage for mats.
It also duplicated in the Stone Refinery and changed its capacity values when i took some of the storage.
After a while playing/saving/loading the materials disappeared in the Refinery but still where in the
building material storage.

seems duplicating bug is in 0.70.3 too.
found 100.000 in my hemp storage

here is the quicksave folder (version 0.69.2), although i loaded and saved it with 0.70.2 version of game,
hope it still works.
