[0.70.4] Game Freeze...Sort of

I can't interact with anything at all in game. For example I can select a character, but they don't respond to any commands and when I opened the menu to reload the game I can't click any of the options. However, the in-game clock continues to advance as normal all the while, hence the "sort of" frozen.

Is this a one-time occurrence? Is it fixed when you reload the game? If not send me your savegame
