Wouldn't it be simpler and more efficient to use a pre-set form, such as something similar to this:
My example form
(Made with google docs)
That way the reports are sent directly to the administer of the form, along with the vital information being evidently required. If more information were necessary, simply edit the form to allow that option, or create a public topic about the bug for the members to comment information on.
Of course, the current system may work fine as it is. Simply a suggestion for the future.
Bug Reporting?
as user, i think your ideas are very good in terns of bug reporting effiency.
but i don't know if the devs use some other software in the backgorund or
if the only use forums/search.

Until a database is created to handle the input/output of bug reports, then we will have to make do with this forum board.
So far, we have such a dedicated community that we're able to filter through each new bug report within 24 hours depending on when users are online. Personally, I sift through posts during my day job, so technically I'm volunteering parttime for Lo-Fi Games (resume filler!) lol
Its also pretty nice seeing multiple users on here with prior QA experience, so those that do respond know exactly which questions to ask and how to provide a temporary workaround until a fix is implemented.
In a perfect world, everyone would have read/write access to the bug database and would know exactly what to provide to give the devs the info they need to fix the issues, but until then we get to be human.

I feel like it's likely lofi games has their own internal ticketing software already, if not that'd be surprising.
Might be worth having mantis for a public bug tracker though. Maybe give some willing folks power to moderate, merge, and organize the reports.
