Invisible Ground (DX11)

Transparent ground, able to see all buildings and characters. Tested in Cannibal Hunter scenario, and Hungover Ninja. DX9 doesn't have this problem.

I have kind of the same problem here...Only in my situation the ground is black or better non existent.
I was running DX11 as well. I am going to try and run DX9 to check.

*UPDATE* Just tried with DX9 and the ground is appearing normal...BUT as I was wondering around the city I noticed something worse, its f**king EMPTY!! nobody is there apart from boot trader that's trying to get in one building and if I try to speak to him the game crashes!

import into a new game.
if on steam re-validate your game cache files as well.

So I tried importing a game while running with DX11 but same bug with the terrain!
I also tried (after validating files and running DX redist again) new game while running DX11 same Bug is there!
*Edit* I can put some screen shots if its helpful!
