Breaking lights

I think it would be cool if we had the ability to break/damage/turn off city lights so it would be easier to move around when stealing things. Maybe if the lights suddenly go out the guards would panic and run to the front gate or something. Maybe when we get crossbows we could use those to take out lights or disable generators to take out all the power in a city.
