[0.90.11] Starting As Retired Captian - "The Hub" is dead

Start a new game as retired captain and when you load into The Hub, every single building is destroyed...that's not normal right? You just load into a pile of rubble.

that is normal, there is a single bar hidden there on the outskirts that isn't destroyed. the bartender has stock from multiple shop types. its along the wall on the side pointing towards the center of the map.

The ruins are also lived in, various disreputabile individuals rest in them..
