Question about "Rice weed"

Hello! My first post on these fantastic forums.

I tried to do a search but ended up with nada, so here goes.

Is there anywhere on the current map in the experimental branch where you can reliably grow rice weed? I will admit that I have not ventured down south to the little patch of the swamp that seems accessible on the map. I'm asking because I have trouble finding anywhere suitable close to the outpost in my current game. I'm located by the river that runs through the Holy Nation territory and I thought the green areas would be wet enough, but alas I was mistaken.

Any answers would be appreciated.

same issue.

But as hemp, wheat, cotton and veg all grow well there it wouldnt be a good place to grow rice....paddy fields are needed.

I have rice growing near the ocean in my beach front resort. Grows great there.
Also great along the river in hive territory.

I have relocated my base to the slopes south of waystaition and found that it grows fine there to. We'll see how long I stay though, that tip about hive territory sound's interesting as that would allow me to hunt beak things on a regular basis.
