Heres a picture of a leather armor crafting station and a leather tanning bench I tried to build on top of a storm house.

Ok, on the forum it seems the image got cut off to match the width of the forum, just click my imgur link or right click the image > open image in new tab.

My characters go in the pocket where Lungrot is and dance around but can't seem to add any materials or build it. They move back and forth in that one place like they cannot reach the place where they have to add the materials. This happens for both of these two machines that I placed right next to each other. I cannot dismantle them either, as the characters just dance around that one spot again. I have zipped up my save file and attached it as well. I have never had any issues with being unable to build things like this before.

This is still a problem in 0.92. I tried rebuilding navmesh as well. Whats worse is that my characters keep trying to build it even though they do not have engineer as a perm job, so I just have to leave one character there infinitely trying to build these, otherwise someone else will try.

Still happening in 0.93, with imported squad and buildings. Heres a video:

Hi, I can build stuff on top of buildings, but these two crafting stations I built that I am talking about in this thread still can not be built. It is really annoying because I can't set someone as permanent engineer or they will forever be trying to complete these and can't. Is there any way I can just delete these two so I can rebuild them?

This happens occasionally to me as well (0.93.5), usually when building spotlights. If the building has roof access, move the Engineer to the roof near the object and they should continue with their job. Haven't noticed it with anything else other than spotlights, so unsure if they would get stuck again after going to get more materials.

This issue has been addressed in the unstable builds, next major release should fix.

It's not too much of a problem, as this rarely happens (at least for me) when building. I can recall around five instances of this occurring in the last few days. A good ratio, considering the amount of time played and how much building I've done.

I know they're always on the case but it's nice to hear it, though.
