inventory window doesnt update contents

The loot inventory window doesnt update contents if you are right clicking items in the body window until the next item you bring in. Say you right click a medkit, it will be in your inventory but not display, then if you right click a sword, the medkit will appear in your inventory,and the sword will vanish from the body but not appear in your inventory.
