i have lost all my artefacts, when i dismantle research bench.

Yes! Also, I've never tried dismantling a research bench full of artifacts but even if we click the quick button for it (not sure if that's intended for the final version of the game, though I find it handy for structures that haven't been completed,) then it should at least give a warning. Any character assigned to dismantle should empty it, which I think is how it's supposed to work.

Not sure which way you dismantled by your post.
