Western Hive Building Inaccessible

One of the Western Hive trader's post/building is inaccessible due to being sunken too low, I assume. The hive is the fourth building, going West, with the first hive being the closest to the Hub city. Or maybe it was the third building... too slow of a processor I have to double check. I've tried several attempts to enter, from manual walking, sneaking, and auto pathing, the building is inaccessible.

On a related note, I build a building at my base, completed it, had a character located inside unintentionally, and that character was stuck inside due to the door being too low. Note: I limited the height. In the end I had to dismantle the building to save him from dying against the kidnapped... crop eating animal. This could be related to npc buildings as well, or I could just not build stupidly.

I've seen this happen after an import, where a building that was accessible becomes inaccessible.
