game is not saving interior stuff

Hi, i saw a topic about loosing all interior stuff when importing to .94.1, that also hapened to me, but the reason im making a diferent topic is because what i want to report is not exactly the same situation

After i lost all interior stuff in all my houses i rebuilt, this morning when i loaded the game this is what hapened to my bigest house, it was full of crafting stuff on both sides, but like you can see in the photo all my right side is empty, this is the same in the upper level of the house also, i had 2 cages one with a broken skeleton and another with a high paladin, both were in the center of the upper level, the one more to the left remained with the sekeleton inside the other more to the right its gone and the high paladin gone with it. i loaded several save games, and for what i can tell the stuff that is gone was never saved, i cant find any save with that stuff i get back to no stuff and then the only stuff that shows in saves is lone the left side of that building, just one more thing i rebuilt in other houses also but those are all fine, just the right side of this building is not saving stuff

ok ive ben trying to find any hint for what is making this, and i found one thing that may be just coincidence but is to big to beleave is not the reason

so i built my settlement in a zone that is the border between two zones, Vein and Border Zone, and what i noticed when i was looking around the building was that this big building is divided at the middle...what was the chances of this lol

i have built other buildings and started to build inside again, the floor 0 saves stuff the upper floor dont

other thing that is happening to me with stuff build inside, every task i assign to stuff ouside works perfect, every task i assign to stuff inside buildings characters dont do it after i leave and return or after they stop for no more materials and then when more materials are available they dont restart working even with a task assigned
