I think i made a mistake when i attacked those 3 holy nation settlements. I did pick the old veteran start though.
Will the NPC's ever respawn and restock their warehouse? I'm getting poor.

And what does it actually mean when the settlements turn red after i attack them?
I assumed it would mean that every holy nation place would attack me. But that doesn't seem to be the case even though my holy nation relations is -100.
In one case i ran to the gate of a holy nation city and they didn't attack me.

Nope they only respawn when you import to a new game.
And you are lucky to get through the doors, gate guards are very good at spotting you. but there is a chance that they will not recognize you. but if you are in that deep to the HN then the shops are not supposed to deal with you.

Yes when they go red that means they know you and hate you and will attack you. even after you import into a new game, no getting way from your crimes.

only way to reset your relations is either by editing a save through the FCS or starting a new game.

one of the few games where you can't escape what you do.

I'm no longer poor. And now i am considering if i should just wipe out the holy nation.
