import/export keybindings

Kinda getting annoyed that I have to redo all my keybindings every new release they should allow us to import/export by now :/.

This is a symptom of another problem, which I've requested a fix to here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=11033

It's the reason behind any and all settings being changed everytime the game updates. Unfortunately, staff almost never check the Feature Request board, so it'll likely go unseen.
