For example I want to be in the shek kingdoms radius. But I didnt know what areas are who's even if I know where the town is. So wondering if this would be possible or if I've missed somthing and this is already implemented

Okay well that would be a good feature to add later after release thank you for replying mate
I know that your base and the towns already have a radius that they control. And being inside that radius is what triggers some "base visits".
I always thought it would be nice if there was a ring of flags or heads on spikes in the case of cannibals, or Holy statues in the case of the HN, at the outter edge of that radius so you could tell when yours overlapped theirs. But I don't know if the areas are generated or static.
It would be an interesting astatic.
