Characters and another npc

In game we can meet few characters in Towns or in another locations in world. But i think game need more characters with history or familiy history with characters or bosses to kill (or kidnaping )or if we talk with them we can change a sytuation on world ( for example we finish some request ( we kill some body , we find some body or something) and in effect this request we cant start a war in two nations or one nations in anger will attack and destroy a station farm or smaler city another naton.

We stay in bar in bed alone or with our team and in one moment a thief ninja stolen our items from backpack. Or ninja assasin when we have bad relations with another population will kill one of our man (or kidnap him and send message -give as money for him in this time or We kill him)

I have more ideas but i dot know to write this here

There was a job system that was going to be put in game but has since been dropped.
So sorry but this idea wont be able to be added to the game without the jobs system.

Nope.
That was the system they had planned to give out the quest like system.
And since thats been dropped, its not likely another system will be added.

One question . It is possible to build and prepare one building in our outpost and it will be work like a Bar in another cities? I mean inside will be a barman and onothers npc will come there like in normal bars. There will come a bodyguards grups, traders and normal people . It is possible?

Not possible. You can decorate it like a bar with mods (I think there is one that adds lots of decor), but there's no barman job or rentable npcs that do barmans (may be an idea). Also it should have a bar sign to let wandering npcs stop by, and you can't build that.

If you don't mind cheating you can try do that with shift+f12, add a bar sign to a building and wandering npcs might come in. I think it will not spawn a barman by itself, but you can play the barman with some fantasy xd
